I have seen different false publications from the media team of RT Hon Alex stating that he illuminated the Itigidi/Ediba bridge whereas the project was facilitated by an ITIGIDI son.
The projects claimed by the MP representating ABI/YAKURR were executed by Rural Electrification Agency (REA), under 2022/2023/2024 Capital Appropriations, more verification can be made at REA CHQ Abuja.
There’s a signpost by the said projects to confirm it was never influenced by Hon Alex.
It should be noted that part of the project for 2024 was also extended to Itigidi Nursing School road, directly opposite First bank Itigidi, all for security reasons.
For the purpose of clarity, the few street lights done by Hon Alex that are even further from the bridge are the ones located by Immigration Security Post, along Itigidi/Abomege road, close to his factories.
The projects in contention were all influenced by an Itigidi son and not Hon Alex, so it’s saddening and disheartening for RT HON ALEX EGBONNA to claim this projects as part of his achievements.
His media team would have done a thorough job before going to press.
