Cross River State Political Network, CRISPON Mobilizes For Sen Prince Bassey Otu Endorsement Come 24th May 2025 At U.J Esuene Stadium
Cross River State Politcal Network,CRISPON the largest online and offline sociopolitical organization in Cross River State on Thursday, 8th May 2025 at the U.J Esuene Stadium, Calabar held a meeting of the members of the Central Planning Committee of the CRISPON Southern Senatorial District comprising of over 2000 representatives from across the 76 wards of the 7 LGAs of the state(Odukpani, Biase, Akamkpa, Calabar South, Calabar Municipality, Bakassi and Akpabuyo). The event started with an opening prayer by Pastor Akanimoh Boswel for CRISPON and the state.
Dr Prince Michael Nku Abuo,JP the Director General of Cross River State Political Network,CRISPON and Chairman of the Central Planning Committee addressed the team on the purpose of the gathering thus:
“ This month marks a significant month in the history of our state as it marks the 2nd Year Anniversary of Sweet Prince,His Excellency,Sen Prince Bassey Edet Otu, the Executive Governor of Cross River State tenure as Governor and thus far the state is witnessing transformational leadership as several infrastructural projects have been initiated and some completed and several intervention programs launched to positively impact the lives of the common man….”
He continued by calling on Cross Riverians and members of CRISPON to continually support His Excellency’s People First Government and promised to mobilize at least 15,000 of Cross River State Political Network, CRISPON across the South to attend a reception and endorsement in honor of His Excellency at the U.J Esuene Stadium,Calabar on Saturday 24th May 2025 at 10am as he marks his second year in office:
“….to show our support and love for His Excellency Sen Prince Bassey Edet Otu and our party the APC we will be mobilizing to endorse Sen Bassey Otu and hosting a reception of over 15,000 of our team members across the 76 wards of the South on the 24th of May 2025 in his honor which will show case the gains of his administration and urge for his support and same will be replicated across the 66 wards of the 6 LGAs of Central, 54 wards of the 5 LGAs of the North”
To conclude the events members were broken into groups and group heads nominated and several committees constituted which will be shared with the press in due course. A final pre-mobilization and sensitization event will hold on Saturday 17th May 2025 at 11am at the U.J Esuene Stadium, Calabar.
