The scholar from Odukpani benefited from an educational scholarship by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), facilitated by the Senator. He also earned a professional certification from the Chartered Management Institute.

During the visit, Engr. Ndarake appreciated the Senator for the opportunity, pledging to apply his knowledge toward infrastructure development in Cross River State. 🎓
