Today is an important day for us in Cross River State. It is the day that God blessed us with a phenomenal son, High Chief Higgins Peters.
Sir, your giant strides are continuously felt by our people through your leadership, support for people and communities, and provision of employment opportunities. These magnificent steps have been recognised beyond the shores of Nigeria leading to your recognition as one of the 100 Most Notable African Leaders in 2024.
We salute you for all you do.
As you celebrate your birthday today, may I, on behalf of my family and supporters join others in wishing you a very happy birthday. You will continue to prosper in good health.
God bless you today and always.
