Hon Oden Ewa, the CRS Commissioner for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, deserves 100% support to continue providing assistance to the less privileged and destitute.
I have lost track of the many things Hon Oden Ewa has accomplished for people through his foundation and as an individual.
Despite not holding the position of commissioner for works, Hon Oden has undertaken the construction of a farm road for his constituents, incorporating proper and quality asphalting to ensure durability.
Although Hon Oden Ewa is not the commissioner for education, he is providing scholarships and financial support to students (Undergraduate and postgraduates).
Hon Oden Ewa is not the commissioner for health yet he has provided significant support to hundreds of individuals with surgical and non-surgical medical conditions, including sponsoring women for fibroids operations on International Girls Day.
The principle that good health is a form of wealth is often underappreciated until one becomes ill or has a family member who is sick and cannot afford medical care, then you will recognize the value of Hon Oden Ewa’s medical contributions.
Beyond selflessness, Hon Oden Ewa has transformed the politics of CRS central with his non-elitist strategy, addressing concerns of the entire people, not limited to YAKURR LGA alone.
Suffice it to say that Hon Oden is an exceptional politician with a considerable following and admirers in the 18 LGAs of the state, given his propensity to relate with people beyond YAKURR & Central CRS.
May God continue to bless the man who stimulated Senator Eteng Jones to wake up from a two-year period of uninterrupted sleep in the red chambers
